If the item or items that your are ordered are in stock, you order will ship within the next
business day.
For packages shipped within the USA, we use either UPS or the U.S.Postal Service. For
international orders, we ship via UPS. Our shipping methods vary depending on the
weight of package, the country, and the state, as well as whether there is a street
address available.
Package to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and PO. Boxes are always shipped via the U.S.
Postal Service.
Shipping Time:
Standard U.S.:4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
Expedited U.S.:2 to 6 business days after shipping
International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks ( may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)
Geographical Shipping Restrictions
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products
to all geographical locations. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by
Ektazy.com.
Buyers outside the U.S. Can't purchase the following types of items via Ektazy LLC: video
games and computers games.
Those items can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states. We regret it cannot be
shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Having Difficulty?
If you’re having trouble entering your credit card number or received an e-mail saying we
are unable to proceed with your order, please consider the following:
• Did you select the correct card type from the drop-down menu?
• Did you enter the card number correctly?
• Did you select a valid expiration date from the pull-down menus?
• Did you enter your name as it appears on the card?
• If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, has it been activated?
Credit card charged:
You credit card will be "validated" and your order amount will be "reserved" by your
credit card company, but it will not actually be "charged" until we confirm your order as
'shipped".If item are out of stock, you will not be charged for them until they ship. And
there are no additional
shipping charge on back-ordered items when they release. Incorrect information may
cause a delay in processing your order. We may use this billing address information
to verify the credit card information you provide and to receive a transaction
authorization approval. Ektazy.com reserves the right to refuse suspicious credit card
transactions or those for which we experience difficulty obtaining bank authorization.

can't accept cash, checks, or money orders. You can also use an ATM or other debit card
